Veteran-owned saffron Farm wins state award
Lee and Jen are the Founders of Eladnelle Farm, a Premium Grade 1 saffron farm in the Upper Derwent Valley region of Tasmania. A former veteran of the Royal Australian Navy, Lee participated in the 2017 'Prince's Lead Your Own Business' program.
In May, Eladnelle won a prestigious Delicious Harvey Norman Produce Award (State Earth Category).
