Our Enterprise programme supports transitioning Defence members, military veterans, and ADF partners of current or former serving members. Our free programmes are designed to help you:
Build the confidence to pursue self-employment, including entrepreneurship and small business.
Enhance the skills you need to thrive in the rapidly changing world of work, including as an intrapreneur within a business.
Connect with like-minded business owners and build new networks across Australia.
Every entrepreneurial journey starts with an idea — Enterprise Online gives you the tools you need to make your idea a reality while connecting you with likeminded veterans and family members across Australia.
Whatever stage on your journey, Enterprise Online helps you figure out the life you want and, if appropriate, safely build a business to suit it.
Along the way, we'll support you to build the skills and confidence you need to prepare for, and respond to, the rapidly changing world of work. So if you decide self-employment isn't right for you, or you need a sea change, you've got some great tools in the toolbox to help you take your next step.
If you have already started a business or a side hustle, we encourage you to start your journey with us here. This programme is great for carving out much-needed time to work on your business, with the right foundations to support your business' growth.
Each programme includes three, two-hour facilitated online sessions, held across two weeks. Our facilitated sessions are supported by self-directed learning modules, accessed online.
Our Enterprise Online programme is delivered separately for veterans and ADF family members. We work with no more than 15 participants per programme to ensure our content is tailored and relevant to your circumstances.
Struggling to understand the dollars and cents? Need to pull together your business plan? Looking for support to understand your legal and financial responsibilities?

Collaborating with experts across Australia, Enterprise Connect is a series of facilitated online sessions, held over two months. Each session is supported by self-directed content, technical resources, and bespoke mentoring opportunities.
The Enterprise Connect programme is delivered for both veterans and ADF families simultaneously. We work with no more than 15 participants per program to ensure our content is tailored and relevant to your circumstances. All of our programmes are trauma-informed.
