Ajay is the founder and CEO of EntryLevel, a company that is reskilling people affordably with almost 40,000 students within 6 months of its inception. Prior to this, he has founded several companies across deep tech, international trade, education, hospitality and more.
He has also been in the education space for several years, having founded Real Skills Education - a Not-for-profit based in Australia that helps engineers get into the workplace and runs international travel education programs. In its 4 years of operation, it has helped thousands of engineers across Australia and now has 40+ team members. He was also named as the Foundation of Young Australian’s top 30 Social entrepreneurs of 2017 for his effort in Real Skills Education.
He has worked as a lecturer and educator at Singapore Management University, the Dubai Government, the Italian Government, New Campus, Real Skills and several other companies teaching over 10,000 people. He’s sold many contracts and programs in the education space.
